My Approach
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.
My clinic, based in the heart of Geelong, is a warm and inclusive space for children, adolescents, parents, and individuals of all ages. I’m deeply committed to creating a safe, respectful environment where every person feels understood and supported — just as they are.
My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and curiosity. I work in a neuroaffirming way, recognising and valuing neurodivergence — including autism, ADHD, and other ways of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world — as natural and important variations of human diversity. I focus on strengths, preferences, and individual needs.
I tailor my work to meet each person where they are, supporting emotional wellbeing, regulation, self-understanding, and connection. I use a range of evidence-based approaches including ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), Circle of Security, and attachment-based frameworks — all adapted with sensitivity to sensory, communication, and processing needs.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, navigating challenges at home, school, or work, or simply looking for a space to be heard — I’m here to walk alongside you with respect and care.
